For a workout that combines aerobics, cardiovascular and body toning while learning self-defense tactics, this class is a must! Improve your strength, muscle tone, endurance, while reducing body fat and stress levels. This is the class that you will learn so much more than the average gym class. Currently, one popular form of kickboxing, cardiovascular (" cardio") kickboxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Unlike other types of kickboxing, it does not involve physical contact between competitors - it's a cardiovascular workout that's done because of its many benefits to the body.
