These Fun Tennis programmes, conducted by coach Farzilla, aim to let students learn, enjoy and play tennis matches bothsocially and competitively. From novices to more advanced players, there is a class to suit everyone!

  • Beginners level: Get introduced to the concept of hand-eye coordination, proper techniques for basic strokes and learn basic technical skills for forehands, backhands, serves and volleys.
  • Intermediate level: You’ll learn how to apply new methods of stroke production and biomechanics, be more consistent in your service-line and baseline play, as well as single and doubles game strategies.
  • Advanced level: The focus will be on the developing match play strategy and tactics, various training drills on improving speed, agility & serves.

Swimming for Ladies

Ever wanted to pick up swimming lessons but too shy to learn with other male students around? No problem! We do have lady swimming classes available for you! Students who are new to swimming, especially those with fear of water should start from this stage. Water confidence, basic skills e.g. correct breathing techniques, floating and submerge in water and basic strokes e.g. Breaststroke, front crawl sidestroke or backstroke.

Salsa Dancing

Salsa is a syncretic dance genre created by Spanish-speaking people from the Caribbean. Salsa dancing mixes African and European dance influences through the music and dance fusions that are the roots of Salsa. Incorporating styling techniques into salsa has become very common. For both men and women, shines, leg work, arm work, body movement, spins, body isolations, shoulder shimmies and rolls, and even hand styling have become a huge trend in the salsa scene.

Sport Fishing

Rock Climbing

Plate Spinning

You have probably seen plate spinning circus acts before, where a person spins plates, bowls and other flat objects on poles, without them falling off. Do you wish to perform like that too? Now you can, with Edmund Khong, who studied the art of clowning in USA and is a member of the World Clown Association and Clowns of America International. He has performed at shopping malls, community events and birthday parties. Come join in the spinning fun!

Kayaking

Kayaking is an ideal water sport to pick up in Singapore, an island state blessed with lots of sunshine. In this course conducted by a certified coach, you will learn basic kayaking skills and safety precautions; you will also get to undertake and enjoy a short expedition.
