The Lounge can accommodate about 100 persons and is ideal for holding functions, seminars and talks. Food and refreshments can be catered through our in-house "HALAL" certified caterer, Tolido's Snack Bar.

Users are advised to dress in appropriate attire. No singlets, slippers and flip flops are allowed.
Reservation of the Lounge require a minimum of 30pax. We reserve the rights to reject the reservation if the number is less than 30.
The Aerobics room is open on Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 10.00pm and closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. MESRC also holds its fitness related classes in the room on a daily basis.
There are two Karaoke Rooms at MESRC (HQ). Each Karaoke Room can take in 8 persons, cozily. The rooms are fitted with the latest and easy to operate equipment. The Karaoke rooms are open from Monday to Thursday from 9.00am to 10.00pm and Friday from 9.00am to 11.00pm. The Karaoke Rooms are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. No outside food and drinks are allowed. Food & drinks must be catered by in-house caterer. Only finger foods & refreshments are allowed in the Karaoke Rooms respectively.

NO ‘meeting room’ style of set-up and projectors are allowed in the Karaoke Rooms.
There'll be a grace period of 15mins when they book the KTV room, once 15mins is up, officer will release the room to the next interested member.
Members interested in playing billiards or pool can make use of the tables in our Billiard Room.

Only MOE staff from HQ and schools may use the gym facilities. Please sign in at the MESRC Reception Desk. The gym is open from Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 10.00pm and closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
The TV Room can take in about 10 persons. Ideal for small-group gathering and viewing of movies.
Please note that the room is not available for booking between 12.00pm to 2.00 pm on weekdays.
