Create an account at http://www.mesrc.net/user/register. The portal will automatically send you an email for confirmation.

Follow the instructions in the email to confirm and then Login at http://mesrc.net/user

Proceed to "Clubhouses"-> Select e.g. "Sports Facilities at Evans". Click on the "Reserve" button on the facility that you want to book. If you did not login, you will see the "Login" button instead.

Check that your Member's information is correct, and proceed with the reservation. You will be restricted by the number of hours that you can book for each facility. Charges are applicable for Gazebo, Evans Lounge and Evans KTV.

You will be able to see your history of reservations under "My Account".
