It is the time of the year again; MOE is celebrating Family Day 2010 on Sat, 22 May 2010 at Singapore Zoo.
We have lined-up various activities that are fun, educational, and exciting for children and adults to make your experience special.

THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE EVENT INCLUDE:

• ZooVenture Treasure Hunt & Baby or Toddler Contest
• Carnival Games
• Mascots
• Yummy Snacks
• Colourful Face Painting
• Sand Art for Children
• Children Bouncy Playground
• Colourful Tattoo
• Zorb Ball Challenge
• Stage Performance
• Early Bird & Lucky Draws to be won

This is a heavily subsidised event and MOE Staff will only need to pay:

FEES

• Staff Adult        $ 10.00
• Staff Child        $  6.00
• Guest Adult        $ 16.00
• Guest Child        $ 11.00

* The fees are inclusive of door gift, lunch, entertainment, and chances to win attractive lucky draw prizes.

REGISTRATION DETAILS
School staff/teachers are required to register with their respective Admin Manager or School Coordinators.
Collated registration form must be emailed to: moe_mesrc@moe.gov.sg

HQ officers are required to register with their Divisional Representatives.
Collated registration form must be emailed to: sharullizan_mohd_shariff@moe.gov.sg

• Group booking is encouraged.
• Payment Modes

1. Cheque payment: Collated registration form should be accompanied by cheque payment to be mailed to: MOE Sports and Recreation Club, c/o Co-Curricular Activities Branch, 21 Evans Road 259366.  The cheque should be made payable to “MESRC.”  
2. Cash payment:  Please come by MESRC office at one of the clubhouses (HQ or Evans).
3. IFAAS payment:  Schools can use the Staff Welfare Fund to subsidize their staff to participate in the event by using IFAAS (Vendor ID: S63SS0025E, Ministry of Education Sports and Recreation Club). Please provide with us the Payment Voucher No.
