MOE Healthy Cooking Competition 2011

The MOE Healthy Cooking Competition would be held in conjunction with the MOE Family Day on Saturday, 21st May 2011 from 9.30am to 11.30am at Sentosa, Siloso Beach, Sapphire Pavilion.
To register, please download the registration form and submit to ahmad_shah_abdul_ghani@moe.gov.sg before the closing date on 29th April 2011. The competition rules are as attached.
Prizes
- Champion - $500 cash and Hamper by Woh Hup
- 1st Runner-Up - $350 cash and Hamper by Woh Hup
- 2nd Runner-Up - $200 cash and Hamper by Woh Hup
- Consolation (4th to 10th position) - $100 cash and Hamper by Woh Hup
Nos. of Team
- Minimum 10 and Maximum 20 Teams. Registration will be on first come first serve basis.
Team Compositions:
- Open category
- Each team should comprise of minimum 2 and maximum 4 members
- At least one member must be an MOE staff
- Immediate family members include spouse, parents, children and siblings

A. Nutrition [30%]
- Choice of ingredients (10%)
- Cooking and preparation methods [20%]
B. Creativity [55%]
- Dish name [10%]
- Number of Woh Hup products used [5%]
- Presentation of the final dish [10%]
- Taste [30%]
C. Coordination [15%]
- Every member must play a role in the cooking process
