All registrants are reminded to "Checkout" from the Registration Cart. All successful orders will be updated via "My Account" as Completed (if you pay via Asiapay with your Credit Card). Details for payment available during Checkout otherwise refer to the  Payment Page. Once payment is received, your order status will be changed to Completed.

You will also be able to view your order that once you have registered successfully via "My Account".

You are encouraged to pay via Asiapay (Credit Card). We are not accepting cash or cheque for MOE OLive Charity Run 2012.

There will be 2 broad categories; Closed and Open.

Closed Category is for staff of MOE only. Open categories will be for Independent Schools, NIE trainee teachers and all family members. Age is calculated as of 1st Jan 2012. MOE officers will have to create an account in order to register for themselves and their family members. MOE staff will also be able to register their colleagues for the Team Competition.

Individual Registration

  1. Create an account on this website if you do not already have one. Only those with moe.gov.sg, moe.edu.sg or pre-approved email addresses can create an account.
  2. Login and register.
  3. Click on the Register Participant menu and fill up the Registration form.
  4. On submission of the Participant Profile form, you will be directed to "Registration Cart". You may "Add More participants" until all registrations are done before submitting for payment via "AsiaPay".
  5. Payment will be done on "AsiaPay" payment gateway. Upon successful payment, you will be redirected back to your "My Account" where you can view your payment,  and print your invoice.

Mixed Team Competition

  1. Only 3 runners, including at least ONE female runner, may form a mixed team to compete in the 5km run. All team members must be from the same school or division.
  2. Goto the "Team Registration" menu and select the participants to form your team.

Under the "Verification & Payment" menu, verify that the participants are correct and Proceed to Payment which will redirect you to the  "Registration Cart" (similar to a "Shopping Cart") which will consolidate all your registrations. A single payment is all you need to complete the transactions.
