MESRC CENTRALISED SPORTS FOR LIFE WALK/RUN TEST

 In conjunction with the MOE Healthy Lifestyle Incentive Scheme Award 2008, the Ministry of Education Sports & Recreation Club (MESRC), is organising the Final Centralised Sports for Life Fitness Assessment (Walk or Run Test) for all MOE personnel in schools and MOE HQ. We would encourage you to participate in this activity on:

Group size: 400 pax (Max)
Closing date: 7 Nov 08 (Fri)

Please be informed that this is the Final Centralised Sports for Life Walk/Run test for this year. Please register with your respective divisional reps or appointed school coordinators to take part in the above tests. Divisional Reps & School Coordinator, please consolidate the number of officers who wish to attend the test and submit the number to MESRC. The Fitness Assessment Criteria can be obtained at http://www.i-active.com.sg
