The MESRC Centralised Sports for Life Activity is organised quarterly by MESRC. The purpose is to assess the fitness level of staff on a regular basis. It is also one of the criteria to qualify for the MOE Healthy Lifestyle Incentive Scheme Award. To qualify for this award, an officer should have taken not more than 5 days of medical leave during the qualifying period (1st Jan to 31 Dec 2012) and has obtained either gold, silver or bronze award from the Sports for Life Fitness Assessment (Walk or Run Test). The monetary incentive to the officer who meet all the criterias will be awarded with $100 for Gold, $75 for Silver & $50 for Bronze. In conjunction with the MOE Healthy Lifestyle Incentive Scheme Award 2012, MESRC is organising the Centralised Sports for Life Activity for all MOE personnel in schools and MOE HQ at following venues:
