Pound Fitness Complimentary Class

POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. It is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements using lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix® that are engineered specifically for exercising are used. The 45 minutes cardio jam session is suitable for everyone.

Bollywood Dance Complimentary Class

This dance is quite elaborate and the soundtracks have a great rhythm to dance to. This dance is a mixture of numerous styles like classical dance, western dance, jazz, salsa, Broadway dance & bhangra. These dance moves are very energetic, fun it improves fitness levels and it's a calorie burner it's a great way to burn off calories.
