MESRC Facilities Terms & Conditions

1)  Members need to be present to sign in at the MOE Evans Road Security Counter together with
     the printout of the Facility Reservation Form on the actual day of their reservation. The Security
     Officer on duty will refuse entry to anyone who had booked the facilities and are not present on
     the day of the reservation.

2)  All bookings for official functions must be approved by Principal/Vice Principal/Divisional
     Director/Branch Head and their names indicated in the approved column.

3)  Payment for private functions facility bookings are via Credit Card payment only. No Cash or
     Cheque payments are allowed.

4)  No refund or replacement of a booking will be allowed once payment had been made.

5)  Please note that MESRC reserves the right to cancel any reservations due to unforeseen

6)  Members are required to ensure that the general cleanliness is maintained and all food are
     cleared after the event before they leave.

7)  All furniture are to be re-arranged back to the original position after the function.

8)  Members are liable for any damage/missing items during their usage.

9)  No religious, commercial, political or illegal activity in any form are allowed to be conducted at
     any of MESRC facility.

10) No food is allowed to be setup inside the Lounge or KTV room. The setup should be outside
      the Lounge along the corridor OR Outdoor Gazebos area if the member book this facility.
