Registration will close once all 8,000 tickets are taken up, on a first-come-first-served basis. All registrations must be done through MESRC Website and are subject to availability of tickets. No changes or refunds are allowed once the registration process is completed.
Each staff is allowed to purchase a maximum of 8 tickets (maximum of 4 tickets at staff rate and 4 tickets at guest rate) for KidZania and/or Sentosa Fun Pass 55 Tokens. Age is calculated based on date of visit.
HQ divisions and schools may also use this opportunity to organise staff bonding day for their staff. HQ/School coordinators can do a group registration and make payment via NFS (HQ divisions) or IFAAS (schools) transfer using their Staff Well-Being funds. Each School/Division is allowed to purchase a maximum of 50 tickets under group registration for their staff only. No family members or guests are allowed under group registration.
Please indicate your choice of venue to collect the MOE Family Day’s tickets during the online registration. Tickets can be collected from:
a) MOE Building, Podium Block, Level 2 (next to MOE Cafeteria), 1 North Buona Vista Drive or
b) MESRC Clubhouse, 21 Evans Road.
If you have submitted but was unable to complete your payment, you will need to go back to the registration cart which is available from the right column of the home page. Checkout from the registration and you will be re-directed to paydollar website to complete your payment. Your completed order will then be listed under “My Account” > Orders Page.
