MOE Family Day 2022: One-off Provision and Appreciation to Staff for Covid-19 Pandemic Subsidized Tickets to Universal Studios and S.E.A. Aquarium – FAQs


  1. Who can purchase this MOE Family Day subsidized tickets?

Direct MOE employee, MESRC Corporate and Associate members.


  1. How do I purchase the tickets?

You will have to login our website at https://www.mesrc.net/moe-family-day-2022If you do not have an account, please create an account before you proceed to purchase.  Please make sure that the correct school/division and contact number are keyed in.


  1. How many tickets can MOE staff, MESRC Corporate or Associate Member buy at staff rate?
  • Each staff/member is entitled to purchase up to a max of 4 tickets (adult & child) per attraction at subsidize rate.
  • Each staff will be allowed to buy up to 8 tickets per attraction including guests, 4 tickets (adult & child) at staff rate and 4 tickets at guest rate.
  • No subsidy will be given for guest and ticket will be sold at cost price.


  1. I have 3 children.  How can I buy the tickets for my family of 5 under staff rate?

You can purchase 4 tickets (adults and children) under staff rate, the balance of 1 more will have to purchase under guest rate.


  1. What are the rates for the tickets?

The tickets pricing for ‘Universal Studios Singapore’ and ‘S.E.A. Aquarium’ are indicated below:

 * For USS: Each purchase of USS adult ticket comes with a $5 meal voucher which can be utilized in any F&B outlets within USS except Starbucks.

*  For SEAA: Each purchase of SEAA adult ticket comes with a $5 meal voucher which can be utilized in ‘Ocean Bites’ (within SEAA) and Malaysian Food Street ONLY. Malaysian Food Street is closed on Every Tuesday subject to changes without prior notice.


6. What is the definition for staff family to be eligible to purchase the tickets at staff rate?

Staff family applies to immediate family members such as spouse, own children, parents and siblings. All other adults and children are considered under Guest rate.


7. What is the tickets validity period?

These One-Day entry tickets are open-dated and valid for 6 months from 1 November 2022 to 30 April 2023.


8. Do I have to be physically present to collect my tickets?

For Evans Road, you can send a proxy to collect on your behalf by providing them with an authorisation letter.

For MOE HQ, it is advisable for you to collect personally or authorise any of your MOE colleague.  If your proxy is not MOE staff, please inform the officer in charge at least 2 days in advance as we will need to register the proxy details for clearance from the security.

*For both venues, please bring along your PS card.


9. Where is the venue and what are the collection timing for tickets collection?

10.  What do I or my proxy need to present when collecting our tickets?

Please produce the order ID number either in softcopy or hardcopy for us to easily trace your order.


11.  Do I need to book any timing slot when visiting SEAA and USS?

You are required to make reservations at RWS website (https://sdm.rwsentosa.com/) prior to visiting each attraction (USS and SEAA) and are subject to availability upon confirmation of reservation.


12.  Do I have to visit both attraction in one day?

No, you do not need to, but tickets to both attractions need to be utilise before the expiry dates.


13.  Do I have to be physically present with my family member to go to the attraction?

No, you do not have to be present along with your family member.


14.  Do I need to present my MOE staff pass (PS card) to enter the attraction?

No, you do not need to produce your PS card to visit the attractions.


15.  What happened if I did not manage to utilise my tickets after 6 months?  Can I get a refund?

Strictly no extension of dates and no refund if tickets are unused after the expiry date.


16.  What happened if I lost my tickets after I have collected it. Can I get a replacement for my order?

Sorry, there is no replacement once tickets are lost. Resorts World Sentosa do not keep track of tickets purchases once it had been issues out.


17.  After I purchased my tickets online, I have some changes to my order or I change my mind and decided to cancel it.  Will I be able to get a refund?

No changes or refunds are allowed once the registration process is completed.​​​​​​
