Yoga Flow

This yoga flow class will be based fundamentally on Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga poses. We will begin with Pranayama (commonly known as a breathing exercise), to create awareness and emphasize the importance of effective breathing, which is also the basis of Yoga. We will then move on to create a ladder flow, by stacking a few postures one after another. Thereafter, we will have some seated postures, and savasana (commonly known as relaxation exercise) at the end of the class for complete relaxation of body and mind. You will learn the art of synchronizing each movement with each breath, in a continual flow, and therefore creating an internal heat which aids in the detoxification of the body and mind.
