04. Is registration free and what is the eligibility for registration?

Registration is Free; however, registration is limited to 4,000 participants who successfully registered in the MESRC registration portal.
Early bird registration for first 2,700 participants will be entitled to MOE OLive Run T-shirts.
All staff employed by MOE is eligible to participate in this event except MESRC Associate and Corporate members.
