I did not manage to utilize the corporate pass. Can I request MESRC to cancel my reservation so that I can book for the same pass without going through the 90 days period?

MESRC is unable to cancel or backdate any passes in the system for audit purpose as the record shows that the pass was reserved for that date.  Member still must go through the 90 days period where same pass is not allowed to be reserved.
